INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- Purpose of the Information Text and Our Company's Position as Data Controller
Our company, CONIASOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi, has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") in terms of personal data regarding customers, and this Information Text aims to inform customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by CONIASOFT in accordance with the said Law
- Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers:
Personal data of customers are carried out by business units and the relevant business processes are carried out in order to benefit the relevant people from the products and services offered by CONIASOFT, and the necessary work is carried out by the relevant business units to realize the commercial activities carried out by CONIASOFT and the execution of related business processes is carried out by CONIASOFT. The personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including the planning and execution of 's commercial and/or business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial business security of CONIASOFT and the relevant persons in business relations with CONIASOFT, and is processed within the framework of its purposes. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data created by CONIASOFT within the scope of Law No. 6698.
- Personal Data to be Processed in Accordance with the Explicit Consent of Customers and Purposes of Processing:
Personal data to be processed in accordance with explicit consent and the purposes of processing are stated in the Consent Text
- Transfer of Personal Data of Customers:
Personal data of customers are carried out by business units and the relevant business processes are carried out in order to benefit the relevant persons from the products and services offered by CONIASOFT. 8. and 9. of the Law, including the planning and execution of 's commercial and/or business strategies, and the planning and execution of activities necessary to ensure the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of CONIASOFT and the relevant persons in business relations with CONIASOFT. Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the articles, it may be shared with CONIASOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi, our affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and private institutions.
- . Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data:
Personal data is collected from customers electronically. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and this Information Text and, where express consent is required, the Consent Text.
- Rights of Customers as Personal Data Owners:
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners;
- Learning whether personal data about them is processed or not,
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred
- Object to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- They have the right to demand compensation for the damage if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding the use of these rights can be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified in the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data created by CONIASOFT within the scope of Law No. 6698. CONIASOFT will evaluate these requests and finalize them within 30 days.
CONIASOFT reserves the right to charge a fee regarding the requests based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
