ConiaCloud Backup Service:
ConiaCloud Backup Service, provided by CONIASOFT YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI LIMITED COMPANY, is an integrated cloud-based data protection suite designed to safeguard both individuals and corporations. With a primary focus on SQL databases, this service ensures robust backup, storage, and recovery solutions, effectively mitigating the risks associated with data loss due to technical glitches or errors. The service offers a versatile range of features, including user-friendly interfaces for manual and automatic backup scheduling, secure remote data storage, and advanced encryption mechanisms that guarantee data integrity and confidentiality. Part and parcel of the ConiaCloud Backup Service is the ConiaCloud File Management System, an essential tool for organized file storage, seamless accessibility, and efficient collaboration among users. This system empowers users with the ability to upload, synchronize, and collaboratively edit files across devices. The inclusion of shareable links and stringent encryption ensures both communication ease and data security.
The ConiaCloud Backup Service underscores transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction in the realm of data management and preservation. It aligns with contemporary demands for comprehensive data protection, reflecting ConiaSoft's commitment to delivering holistic solutions that address the evolving needs of the digital landscape.

- Subject
3.1 ConiaCloud Backup Service covers various subjects such as membership transactions, obligations, rights and benefits of the parties, transaction explanations, and responsibilities.
- Service
4.1 After the client program is downloaded and installed on the server or computer that will be backed up, a directory, folder, etc. can be created in line with the backup planning made by the user on the application and/or web panel. is the remote backup and management of the data backup service to the data center via the internet service provider. It enables the sharing of a copy of the data with third parties when requested by the user. Backup, management, and sharing operations are done through the panel and the agent.
4.2 If the user wants to switch to another license package with less usage area than the license package and usage area he/she has received service; he/she will wait for the expiration of the license period for which he/she has paid.S
4.3 All backup operations are performed in the background without interrupting the working processes.
4.4 Tailored by ConiaSoft YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI LIMITED COMPANY, this specialized cloud-based solution ensures secure and efficient SQL database backup, management, and recovery. Users define backup intervals for instant data protection, including versioned Outlook pst file backups. Active internet connectivity is essential for smooth operations. Operating under ConiaSoft's terms, this service prioritizes data security and operational efficiency, empowering users to proactively safeguard vital data assets.
4.5 In the server package, backups are taken instantly on the intervals set by the user, and each operation is versioned. The time range can be defined. The selected database files in the profiles defined as SQL database backups are taken as a full backup for the first time in the time interval determined by the user, and each backup is versioned. The computer and/or server to be backed up must be turned on and the internet connection must be active.
4.6 Full Backup is done once with ConiaCloud for selected directories of SQL files and then incremental backups are taken.
4.7 ConiaCloud stores the data deleted from the folder or directory followed by the application for 30 days from the date of deletion and then destroys it. For up to 30 days, you can retrieve your deleted data from the application or panel.
4.8 Data files are transferred over the internet by being encrypted with TLS 1.2 SHA256 encryption system. It is backed up by being encrypted with AES256 bit on the disk and your files are stored on the encrypted disk and file system on our cloud backup servers.
4.9 The user may share a copy of his files with third parties or other ConiaCloud users for a specified period of time through the agent/panel. The user accepts that the data in the shares and the data to be backed up do not have the contents mentioned in Article 7.11.
4.10 Reporting; You can get many important information such as the date and time your backups were taken, how long the backup took, successful and unsuccessful backups, and errors that occurred during the backup.
4.11 Notification; Thanks to the notification service, you will be notified of all successful or unsuccessful backup operations at the times you specify, to the e-mail addresses you specify, via e-mail notifications.
4.12 All cloud backup license packages are valid for one (1) computer or server.
4.13 ConiaCloud Backup service only supports Windows operating system-based program software and application data.
4.14 ConiaCloud provides this service with its servers located within the borders of the Republic of Turkiye.
- Membership Transactions
5.1 The User's membership information and files, folders, SQL and PST data, etc. used for backup operations will be stored in the ConiaCloud Data Center database and will be deleted from the database after 60 days from the end of the membership.
5.2 During registration, the User chooses the username (unique representative name for the User account) and password that will be used to access the account. ConiaCloud has the right to prohibit the use of certain usernames, as well as to set requirements for the username and password (length, allowed characters, etc.).

5.3 Membership information; It is the information required by the User to become a member and/or to log in to the system. After logging into the system, the User may change the membership information as he/she wishes. Since this information will be the basis for the service provision process, it is assumed that the User enters this information accurately, completely, and correctly.
5.4 As of the moment you complete your subscription, you can use our backup service for 15 days without any charge during the demo phase.
5.5 After the first 15 days of free use, you will be able to use our backup service if you continue your membership for a certain fee. You will have the option to cancel at any time with an option of a refund during this period.
5.6 Memberships that cannot be reached by any means of communication will be canceled.
- Client Program
6.1 Any reproduction, copying, use in other software, transfer in electronic or optical media, making source code or any activity to reveal the internal working structure of the program constitutes a violation of ConiaCloud's rights arising from the law, a tort, and a crime.
6.2 All copyrights and legal rights belong to ConiaCloud.
6.3 Thanks to the program that automatically provides ConiaCloud System integration with your operating system, setting, configuration, backup, etc. operations are performed.
6.4 ConiaCloud reserves the right to make changes, updates, and innovations to the Client program without prior notice.
- Contract
7.1 Turkish Law shall apply in all disputes related to the Agreement.
7.2 It enters into force the moment the User completes the membership procedures. If the User fails to renew his/her membership during the period after the end of 15 days, which is the free usage period, it shall terminate automatically without any notice or notice.
7.3 Even if the membership is continued after 15 (fifteen) days of free service, the initial registration period is taken as the basis and the contract is in force until the end of the service.
7.4 User; It cannot transfer and assign the rights and obligations arising from the Agreement to any person, institution, or organization. Such transfers will cause the interruption of the rights provided under the contract and will cause unilateral termination of the contract.
7.5 If the User fails to pay the service fee in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever, ConiaCloud has the right to suspend or stop the service or unilaterally terminate the contract for just cause, despite the reasonable period of time given to him/her by written notice, if he/she still fails to pay the service fee that has become due.
7.6 User; It accepts and undertakes that in case of non-compliance with its commitments in the articles of the service contract, all kinds of responsibility will belong to itself, that ConiaCloud will indemnify the damage judged by the court, and that ConiaCloud has the right to stop, suspend and/or terminate the contract. The responsibility of the User under this contract is limited to the 6-month price of the contract.
7.7 User; It does not have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, terminate membership, transfer to a certain time period, or suspend it. Even if the service cancellation request is accepted except for justifiable reasons; The User does not have the right to request a partial or complete refund of the service fee for future periods.
7.8 The User must have paid or undertake to pay the monthly or annual service fee in order to be entitled to receive the services under this contract and to request services. In the event that this condition is not fulfilled or it is later understood that it has not been fulfilled, the contract shall be deemed invalid and/or terminated automatically without the need for any further notice or notice.
- User Responsibilities
8.1 While receiving the services subject to this contract, it accepts and undertakes not to engage in illegal activities, not to violate the laws and provisions of the Republic of Turkey, the titles and decisions of the official authorities, not to enter unauthorized areas subject to permission on the internet, etc.
8.2 Data backup processes in content; illegal activity content, content contrary to the laws and provisions of the Republic of Turkey, content prohibited on the internet, content that violates copyrights, sexual content, violent content, content that encourages drugs, such as all kinds of illegal and criminal content agrees and undertakes not to upload content.
8.3 The client agrees and undertakes to use the program in accordance with the provisions of the contract and not to transfer it.
8.4 The Client must report questions, suggestions, complaints and problems related to the service received by e-mail or telephone.
8.5 If the user exhausts the allocated "X" GB quota allocate to him/her, a 30-day grace period is provided, accompanied by an additional 10% storage quota extension. This arrangement ensures uninterrupted backup operations. However, upon reaching the full capacity of the extra quota, data backup will be restricted due to overcapacity. It's important to note that ConiaCloud cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from exceeded storage limits. Once either of these scenarios occurs, service termination may follow.
8.6 It is the responsibility of the user and/or ConiaCloud to back up the data instantly or at regular intervals within the license package to be selected.
8.7 ConiaCloud may send messages, information, letters, warnings, payment notices, etc. to the User's e-mail address during the term of the Agreement. The User shall not claim that such emails have not been received or that they have not reached him/her and declares, accepts, and undertakes that such messages shall be deemed to have been legally notified one (1) day after the date of sending.
8.8 The user accepts and undertakes that he/she is responsible for all files and documents that he/she hosts within the data backup service, all transactions that he/she will use and benefit from, and that he/she accepts and undertakes to bear all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the illegality of such data, information, and statements.
8.9 The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that ConiaCloud will not be responsible for any transactions made from this account and that it is under the responsibility of the User, unless the User notifies ConiaCloud immediately in case of loss of membership information or if it is learned by other persons and provides a new password.
8.10 In the ConiaCloud application, logging in through the agent on different workstations or computers with the same member name is prevented. Logins made through the latest agent will be accepted through the system and the application will automatically close access on the workstation or server where the old agent is installed.
8.11 Unlawful, harmful, defamatory, insulting moral values, demonstrating (or making propaganda for) violence and brutality, violating intellectual property rights, propaganda of hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social factors. Advertising (or making propaganda for) services of a sexual nature (including those under the guise of other services), containing (or propagating for) pornography and child sexuality elements, containing insults targeting any person or organization, drugs or the like, explosives or does not have the right to upload, post, transmit or otherwise publish and/or distribute content that explains the method of manufacture, application or other use of another weapon.
- ConiaCloud Responsibilities
9.1 ConiaCloud's contractual liability is limited in all circumstances to the service fee paid by the user and is in no case liable for any damages that may arise from the User's errors.
9.2 Support will be provided within 2-3 business days by E-mail, telephone, or remote access during working hours for problems arising from ConiaCloud.
9.3 The User undertakes to access your backed-up data except for problems arising from the User or force majeure.
9.4 It is obliged to ensure that the data backup area requested by the User is provided.
9.5 The User is obliged to open the service for use after the User's membership transactions are completed and approved or payment transactions are made.
9.6 User membership information; Any institution, organization, person, authority, etc. accepts and undertakes not to use, distribute and share.
9.7 It is the responsibility of the user and/or ConiaCloud to back up the data at regular and/or instant intervals within the license package to be selected, provided that the device to be backed up is turned on and the internet line is active.
- Situations Without Liability
10.1 ConiaCloud; Server, computer, network, internet, telecom, software, hardware, infrastructure, physical and cyber attack, electricity, fire, cooling, theft, natural disaster, epidemic, etc. is not responsible for problems that may occur due to user-induced or force majeure.
- Payment
11.1 If the User fails to pay the Service fee in whole or in part for any reason, the entire service fee for the remaining period of the service period becomes due and payable.
11.2 ConiaCloud reserves the right to change prices and tariffs prospectively without prior notice. The User hereby accepts, declares, and undertakes to accept, declare and undertake any changes that may occur in advance regarding these changes.
- Return and Cancellation
12.1 Software products are not subject to license cancellation and fee reimbursement due to the use of the right of withdrawal by stating/not specifying any reason pursuant to consumer rights law after order payment. (After the license is obtained, the right of withdrawal cannot be used).
Relevant consumer rights law article (Right of Withdrawal Article 8): Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic media and licenses delivered instantly to the consumer are not subject to the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and its use.
Since the ConiaCloud application is a service/software delivered to our customers electronically, it is not physically returnable, so there can be no right of withdrawal.
12.2 All our customers who place an order are deemed to have accepted the above-mentioned terms in advance.
