Data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Clarification Text regarding processes that do not require explicit consent, and in processes that require explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the basic principles specified in the Clarification Text.<\/p><p>In this context, customers' personal data are processed by CONIASOFT for the purposes specified under Chapter 3 - Article IV of the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data established within the Scope of Law No. 6698 and in accordance with the procedure herein.
